Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Principleauthorities Tree Service wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use principleauthorities.property. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want this site to work for as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Give every form field a clear label
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@principleauthorities.property and we will do our part to assist.
Share Your Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@principleauthorities.property and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Request a callback
Tell us about your tree and where it stands. Request an estimate, or email contact@principleauthorities.property, and a local provider can walk you through the next steps.
